• Using Project Maas in a manner that causes degradation of service quality for other users.
• Consuming resources at a level that requires disproportionate infrastructure or operational resources to accommodate.
• Running automated tasks, scripts, or bots in a way that overloads the platform.
• Using Project Maas to comment for multiple LinkedIn accounts, without obtaining prior written permission to do so.

3. Monitoring and Notifications

To maintain service quality, we actively monitor usage patterns. If your account’s usage approaches or surpasses the threshold deemed excessive:

• You will receive a written notification sent to the primary email address associated with your account.
• This notification will provide specific details about the observed usage and an invitation to discuss and resolve the situation amicably.

4. Resolution Process

Our goal is to work collaboratively with users to address excessive usage issues. Upon receiving a notification:

• You are encouraged to contact us within three (3) business days to discuss your usage and explore adjustments to meet both your needs and the platform’s operational requirements.
• We may recommend adjustments, such as upgrading your plan or modifying usage behaviors to align with acceptable levels.

5. Suspension or Termination of Service

If excessive usage persists after reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, or if we are unable to reach an agreement:

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account to protect the overall integrity and performance of the platform.
• Affected users will receive a final notification outlining the reasons for suspension or termination and any applicable next steps.

6. No Refunds for Policy Violations

Accounts suspended or terminated under this Fair Use Policy will not be eligible for refunds for unused subscription periods.

7. Updates to the Policy

This Fair Use Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our services or operational needs. We will notify users of any significant updates via email and/or the Project Maas platform.
